The Cottage at Ballimore Farm Estate was built at the same time as the Main House. It is a comfortable, one double bedroom Cottage with a sofa bed in the lounge and a spacious bathroom with walk in shower.
The Accommodation
This self-catering Cottage is perfect for couples of all ages as well as small families who want to enjoy the peaceful tranquility within this beautiful remote place. The property comprises of a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with large walk in shower and an open plan living room/ kitchen with comfortable Sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an in-sinkerator, a washer/ dryer, 4 ring hob and a microwave/ oven.
The open plan living area has a sofa-bed, dining table with benches and a multi fuel stove.
The Cottage has WiFi, a satellite TV and a DVD Player is provided.
The Heating
The Cottage is entirely heated by the multi fuel stove in the lounge, which - once up to temperature - runs the underfloor heating throughout the cottage.
A starter pack of fire lighters, kindling and wood is provided.
Additional wood can be purchased at the farm, but we do recommend to buy a bag of coal to ensure the heat retention thought the night.
The water is heated by electricity.
