Ballimore - The Farm House
The Farm House at Ballimore was built in 2002 and is ideal for groups such as cross generational families, groups of friends and activity groups such as painting, yoga, well-being, walking groups seeking privacy within a unique and peaceful environment.
The Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of a large entrance hall with modern stair case to the second floor.
To the left a large kitchen/ dining area with a breakfast area and a double sided multi fuel stove is ideal for entertaining family and friends.
To the right of the front door is a small cloak room and the comfortable library with its grand sofa and snuggler offers a perfect space to enjoy reading or watching TV in front of the open fire. The large French doors give access to the garden and a large selection of books and DVDs, toys and games, a SMART TV and a Hi-FI system can be enjoyed by groups of all ages.
The Master Suite, is to the far left of the ground floor. It offers the comfort of a large king sized bed and a day bed, dining table and chairs and a large chest of drawers. The French doors and large window let in plenty of light and the ensuite bathroom suite offers a his and hers basins, free standing bath and wet-room shower.
The First Floor
On the first floor the property offers a large lounge with three comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a south-facing terrace overlooking the Farm Yard, Loch Tromlee and Estate beyond.
A round table with six chairs provides an ideal setting for a board.
The four upstairs bedrooms are along a long bright corridor on the first floor and offer comfortable accommodation for individuals and couples and each have ensuite bathrooms with showers over baths.
The twin room can be set up for three individuals with an additional third bed, and one of the three double bedrooms also has a additional comfortable day bed.
The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the property, accessed through a small corridor off the main Hall. It is heated by an eco-friendly air-sourced heat pump and is in operation from April until October.
The door to the pool is lockable to safeguard children from using the pool unsupervised.
