In recent years we have seen a definite shift and people are moving to the countryside for a better way of life. With our five plots of Phase 1 having been sold, we are now moving on to Phase 2 and will start with the sale of three further plots in February 2022, through MacPhee & Partners.
Situated along the B845 from Taynuilt to the rural village of Kilchrenan these plots have town water, electricity near by and optical fibre broadband being layed in 2022. The village of Kilchrenan is approximately 2miles to the south and has a well respected primary school, church, village hall, two prestigious hotels, local village Inn and regular bus services to Taynuilt and Oban. Additional amenities and services are available in the village of Taynuilt, 6 miles away. Taynuilt offers amongst others a post office, butcher, clothes and gift shop, hair dresser, tea room and grocery shop as well as another primary school and direct rail and bus links to Oban and Glasgow.
A wider range of services and amenities are available in Oban (18 miles away), which not only provides the ‘gateway to the isles’ but also has its own Airport, College and the University Campus for the University of the Highlands and Islands and the Scottish Association for Marine Science as well as the local high school.
Directions:
From Oban proceed towards Crianlarich on the A85. At Taynuilt take the 2nd right signposted B845 for Kilchrenan. After Barachander Farm, you see Loch Tromlee on your left, turn left onto the access track indicated by the For Sale sign.
