The Main House at Ballimore was built in 2002 and is ideal for larger groups such as large families, groups of friends and even groups for painting or walking groups seeking privacy within a unique and peaceful environment.
The Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of a large kitchen/ dining area with a breakfast area and a double sided multi fuel stove, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The comfortable library with its grand sofa and snuggler offers a perfect space to enjoy reading or watching TV in front of the open fire. A large selection of books and DVDs, toys and games, a SMART TV and a Hi-FI system can be enjoyed by groups of all ages.
The Master Suite, also situated on the ground floor, offers the comfort of a large king sized bed and a daybed, a small desk as well as a table and chairs. The ensuite spacious bathroom with his and hers basins, free standing bath and wet-room shower feels spacious and luxurious.
The First Floor
On the first floor the property offers a large lounge with three comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and a south-facing terrace overlooking the Estate. A round table with six chairs provides an ideal setting for a game of monopoly.
The four bedrooms are along a long bright corridor on the first floor and offer comfortable accommodation for individuals and couple. The twin room can be set up for three individuals with an additional third bed, and one of the three double bedrooms also has a comfortable day bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers over baths.
The Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the property, accessed through a small corridor. It is heated by an eco-friendly air-sourced heat pump and is in operation from April until October.
The door to the pool is lockable to safeguard children from using the pool unsupervised.
